Back It Up! PDF Print E-mail

It is very easy to avoid or prevent having a stressful computer crash, simply have a proper backup plan in effect.  That way when your computer does fail, this is a when not an if moment, you will know that all your family photo's, documents, tax returns, emails, contacts, music (it's expensive to replace your iTunes library) and family movies will be safe.

There are two simple ways to configure a backup.  The first is to use a hard drive or writable media (cd or dvd) and backup your computer to these on a regular basis.  This should happen once a week minimum, daily is better.

The second option is to use an online service.  These run automatically and happen no matter where you are so long as you have an internet connection.  What could be simpler.

If you don't have a proper backup solution for your computer you will end up facing a disaster.
